“But when He saw the crowds, He was moved with compassion for them, because they fainted and were scattered, like sheep without a shepherd.” Matt. 9:36

When Jesus walked the earth, He saw the people.  And He not only looked at the outside, He saw what was going on in their lives.  And what He saw made Him to be moved with compassion.  Jesus did not come to impose burdens, but to lift burdens.

There are many voices in the world today that are trying to get people’s attention and trust.  Some claim to mean well, but unfortunately this is not always the case.  Man is not a means.  Jesus is the one who sets the highest human value of all.  He values man so much that He took our punishment on the cross, completely voluntarily, out of love.

Jesus rose from the dead and He is the good shepherd.  He wants to lead every human being right.  He is not looking to “recruit members”, but to reconcile people with God, themselves and each other.  He wants your best and He has compassion on you.

In front of each other we can hold up the facade and play theater.  But Jesus sees you as you really are and He looks at you with love.  He both wants and can help every single person who comes to Him.

“For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be ashamed.”… For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Rom. 10:11, 13

Put your faith in Jesus today and cry out to Him, then He will both see and hear you.

 God bless you
