“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith. As it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” Rom. 1:17
Faith has to do with conviction. The Bible speaks of the faith of the heart and that faith is meant to be a way of life. Our faith is in God, the word of God and what the Spirit of God says to us. Doubt can strike our senses, but the faith of the heart carries us.
Everything we do or do not do, is meant to be an outflow of the faith of the heart. Many times faith is active and does things, but sometimes faith is just still and resting. This applies to all areas of life. So, go from faith, on to faith. And if you do not have faith yet to take the next step in an area, then wait until faith comes. Have fellowship with God by reading God’s word and speaking to God in prayer. Let God speak faith into your life.
Living in this way pleases and glorifies God. Through faith we have been made righteous in Jesus. This is the foundation for being able to live on in faith. Faith rests in Jesus and follows Him wherever He leads.
God bless you.
